The site engineer oversees day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring that technical aspects of projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordination between contractors, workers, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Licensed civil engineer (preferred or required depending on project scale).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or engineering work.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiar with construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites and work extended hours if needed.
