Description
The Architect is responsible for designing and developing building plans that are functional, safe, sustainable, and visually appealing. The role includes preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and standards.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (required).
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent creative, visual, and technical design skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours when needed.
